Apricot Glazed Cornish Game Hen
Traditionally the count is 1 hen per person... but  one of these little cuties could easily be shared between two light eaters.  We roast the hens and baste them every 15 min with a delicious apricot glaze that makes them tender, juicy and so fun.  We send the whole hens, not cut off the bone. Reheat covered, slowly, in the oven for a delicious meal.  4 hens
