This meal kit will get you started on one of the most elegant dinners ever! Here is what you get:
1 lbs of Hangar Steak (raw)
Cipolline Onions
Red wine vinegar & herb vinaigrette
Colorful radicchio
Here is what you'll need to add to make this AMAZING meal:
Olive oil, salt & pepperHow to Prepare:
1. Clean Hangar Steak and remove center membrane, cutting the steak into two logs.
2. Roast onions: toss onions on a rimmed baking sheet with 1 Tbsp. oil; season with salt. Roast at 350, turning halfway through, until deeply caramelized and tender, 25–30 minutes. Keep warm3. Season steak with salt & pepper. Pan sear in olive oil 3 min per side for medium rare. Remove to a cutting board and tent with foil for 5 min.
4. Meanwhile, clean and chop radicchio. Set aside.
5. While steaks are resting, toss radicchio with dressing large bowl to combine..To Serve:
Slice Steak and plate. Serve alongside roasted onions and radicchio salad.
