We are shlepping down to Katz's to get their crazy good corned beef for these.  We'll roll it in all butter puff pastry along with swiss cheese and crunchy sauerkraut and send ready to bake along with homemade Russian dressing for serving.  I recommend getting a couple extra ordes of these to keep in the freezer for emergency hosting!  They are so good and we only make them once a year.  When you get them, keep them in the freezer until ready to bake.
