Pizza Kit
Something so fun with the kiddo's. We send 2 big balls of pizza dough (each ball can be cut in half and rolled out to make 2 pizzas), house made pizza sauce. fresh mozzzarella, shredded mozzarella, fresh basil and pepperoni. You'll need to have a rolling pin and cookie sheet... or even better a pizza stone (see below). This will make 4 individual large-ish pizzas. Try this with a Pizza Stone! I have three of these at home and use them for so many things! Beef Fajita Tacos Kit
Yummy DIY Beef Fajitas Taco Kit! This super easy freshly made dinner will feed 4. We use hangar steak for this one as it is so full of flavor and juicy and it goes so well with the peppers and onions. We send the steak and the marinade separately so in the morning before work combine the steak and marinade and by the time you are ready to make dinner the meat will be perfectly seasoned and ready to grill, pan sear or broil. What's Included: 1 lb Hangar Steak 8oz Fajita Marinade 1 each of red, yellow and green bell peppers 1 yellow onion 12 taco size crazy good flour tortillas 8oz Sour Cream Green onions 1 lime, 1 avocado Cooking Instructions: 1. At least 4 hours ahead (and up to 24 hours ahead) combine the steak and marinade and refrigerate. 2. Slice onions, and bell peppers. Set aside 3. Slice green onions, lime and avocado for garnish. Squeeze a little lime on the cut avocado to keep it from turning brown. 4. Sautee bell peppers and onions on medium heat with a little olive oil until soft but still firm. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Remove steak from marinade (discard marinade), slice into 1/4 inch thick slices and sautee. 7. Return peppers and onions to pana and toss with the cooked steak to heat through. 8. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in the microwave in a tortilla warmer or on a dry skillett on the stove. Serve fajitas with the tortillas, sour cream, green onion, avocado and lime.

Hangar Steak with Walnut Spaetzel & Charred Carrots Meal Kit
Serves 2 or 4, choose your size Pan seared Hangar Steak served over walnut Spaetzel with Charred Carrots, red wine reduction and garnished with micro greens. Such an elegant dinner at home! Here is what you get: 1 or 2 lbs of Hangar Steak (raw) Prepared Walnut Spaetzel Red Wine Demi Glace Reduction Colorful Carrots Micro greens for serving Here is what you'll need to add to make this AMAZING meal: Butter, olive oil, salt & pepper How to Prepare: 1. Clean Hangar Steak and remove center membrane, cutting the steak into two logs. 2. Clean and cut carrots. Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper and roast at 425 for 15 min 3. Season steak with salt & pepper. Pan sear in butter 3 min per side for medium rare. Remove to a cutting board and tent with foil for 5 min. 4. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan on the stove. When butter melts add Spaetzel. Allow Spaetzel to crisp up a little, then stir. Cook, heating through for approx 6 min. 5. Heat Red Wine Reduction in a small sauce pan on very low, stirring often 6. When Spaetzel is heated, slice the steak and remove carrots from oven. To Serve: On a large rectangular platter, spread out spaetzel in a line. Top with sliced steak, arrange carrots around the steak. Drizzle with the red wine Reduction and decorate with micro greens.

Winter Radicchio with Seared Sweet Potato & Sausage
Serves 2 or 4, choose your size Pan seared roasted sweet potatoes, Italian sausage, Winter radicchio, pecans and fresh mint all with a sherry vinegar and pomegranate molasses vinaigrette. This Middle Eastern inspired meal will be on the table in no time and you will get the credit for a slow cooked meal! This meal kit will get you started on one of the best dinners ever! Seared Hangar Steak with Cipolline Onions & Radicchio
Serves 2 or 4, choose your size Roasted and sweetly caramelized cipolline onions balance a pleasantly bitter radicchio salad in this simple and elegant steak dinner. This meal kit will get you started on one of the most elegant dinners ever! Here is what you get: 1 or 2 lbs of Hangar Steak (raw) Cipolline Onions Red wine vinegar & herb vinaigrette Colorful radicchio Here is what you'll need to add to make this AMAZING meal: Olive oil, salt & pepper How to Prepare: 1. Clean Hangar Steak and remove center membrane, cutting the steak into two logs. 2. Roast onions: toss onions on a rimmed baking sheet with 1 Tbsp. oil; season with salt. Roast at 350, turning halfway through, until deeply caramelized and tender, 25–30 minutes. Keep warm 3. Season steak with salt & pepper. Pan sear in olive oil 3 min per side for medium rare. Remove to a cutting board and tent with foil for 5 min. 4. Meanwhile, clean and chop radicchio. Set aside. 5. While steaks are resting, toss radicchio with dressing large bowl to combine.. Teriyaki Beef Bowls
Serves 2 or 4, choose your size Grass fed beef simmered with house made teriyaki (less salt, less sugar), over rice with spinach, snap peas and bell peppers. Light, very healthy, very easy and your kitchen will smell amazing while you cook this! This meal kit will get you started on one of the best dinners ever! Here is what you get: 1 or 2 lbs of grass fed beef (raw) 1 or 2 cups ready to cook jasmine rice Prepared teriyaki sauce Fresh garlic and fresh ginger Bell pepper & snap peas Fresh spinach Here is what you'll need to add to make this AMAZING meal: Olive oil. How to Prepare: 1. Chop garlic and ginger finely. Slice bell pepper. 2. Saute garlic and ginger in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for 3-4 min, stirring often. Add ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon or spatula. 3. Meanwhile cook rice according to package instructions. 4. When beef is almost fully cooked, add teriyaki sauce and combine. Add sliced bell pepper and sugar snap peas and cook until veggies soften. To Serve: Spoon rice into bowls and add beef and veggies. Enjoy! (contains sesame)

Turkey Caponata Pasta
Serves 2 or 4, choose your size Lean organic ground turkey lightens up this dish traditionally made with beef. Here is what you get: 1 or 2 lbs of organic ground turkey (raw) Ready to boil fresh Rafetto's Rigatoni Eggplant, onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes Fresh garlic and fresh cut up butternut squash Tomato Paste Kalamata Olives Dried oregano & basil Fresh Basil Here is what you'll need to add to make this AMAZING meal: Olive oil Parmesan cheese & chili flakes for serving How to Prepare: 1. Chop onion and garlic and set aside. 2. Cut up zucchini and eggplant in cubes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Set aside. 2. Sautee garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for 3-4 min, stirring often. Add ground turkey and break up with a wooden spoon or spatula. 3. Add tomato paste and stir to combine, Add dried oregano & basil. 4. Add tomatoes, squash, zucchini and eggplant. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir through olives and season with salt and pepper. 5. Meanwhile boil pasta according to package instructions and drain. To Serve: Toss pasta with caponata. Top with fresh basil. Serve with red chili flakes and Parmesan cheese to taste.

Beef Osso Bucco
Serves 2 or 4, choose your size Osso Bucco is a labor of love... Here we send the veggies already prepped along with beautiful bone in beef shanks. You just need to sear the beef, sautee the veg, add the liquids and sit back and wait for this amazing dish to make your kitchen smell like Heaven! Braising time for these is about 3 hours. Make yummy saffron risotto to go on the side and this is a dinner party worthy recipe. This meal kit will get you started on one of the most elegant dinners ever! Here is what you get: 2 or 4 approx 1.5lb Beef Shanks (raw) Chopped onion, carrot & celery Fresh garlic Fresh rosemary House made chicken stock & tomato paste Thyme & Bay Leaf Arborio Rice Saffron infused chicken stock Chopped Onion Here is what you'll need to add to make this AMAZING meal: Flour, white wine Olive oil, salt & pepper How to Prepare: 1. Season shanks with salt & pepper, dust with flour. In a deep pan on the stove, sear the shanks in olive oil 3 min per side. Remove to a plate. 2. Meanwhile, chop garlic. Set aside. 3. In the same pan you seared the beef, add 1 tbsp olive oil, the container of chopped celery, carrot & onion + chopped garlic. Sautee 4-5 min on medium until veg softens. 4. Add tomato paste, 1 cup white wine, the shanks and enough chicken stock to just cover the shanks. 5. Add fresh herbs and bay leaf. 6. Cover and simmer on low for 2.5 hours until fall apart tender. To Serve: Make saffron risotto per recipe card. Enjoy!

Cantina Night Filet Mignon
Two 1/3lb filet migons (raw) vacuum sealed. Sent with green olives, celery and pickled jalapenos, bacon and a crazy good mustard & herb compound butter. Wrap the filets in bacon, top with the compound butter, chop the celery, scatter the remaining ingredients around the steaks then bake at high heat (500 degrees) for 12 min for rare, 16 min for medium...a steak unlike any you have ever had before. Grab a baguette and scoop up all the juices...so yum.

Baked Rigatoni al Forno
The easy button for an amazing dinner. We send 1.5lbs of fresh Rafetto's ready to boil rigatoni, 32oz of veggie loaded bolognese sauce and 16 oz of shredded mozzarella. To prepare: 1. Boil rigatoni just 5 min, then drain. 2. Toss rigatoni with included Bologense sauce. 3. Place in an oven proof casserole dish and top with mozzarella. 4. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Enjoy!

Crazy Good Chipotle Chicken
3 large breasts. 3-4 servings. If you only buy one thing for the BBQ (or stove top!) from this menu, BUY THIS! This is by far the best chicken I have ever had for the BBQ, The marinade is made from chipotles, vinegar, garlic, oregano, paprika, fresh lime and cilantro. So much flavor! Freshly made then flash frozen. You can take them from your delivery box and put them in the freezer or pop them in the fridge to use the next day. Hangar Steak
Lancaster Farm's Crazy good hangar steak... pan sear it and pair with any of our yummy sauces and sides. Hanger steak is a flat V-shaped cut that comes from the plate (belly) of the cow or steer. It “hangs” just below the animal’s diaphragm, giving this connoisseurs’ cut its name. You might also see this full-flavored cut called butcher’s steak, since it’s said that butchers kept this under-appreciated steak for themselves. The steak is more well-known in France, where it’s a bistro staple known as onglet.
