Place toast points on an oven proof tray. Top with crab salad then cheese and broil on low for 3-4 min. Watch and be careful not to burn. Meanwhile, heat soup on the stovetop in a pot, stirring often until heated through. Put soup in bowls and serve crostini on the side.
