This is one of those 'project' dishes but so worth the effort. We combine beef, veal and pork and stuff it with tender steamed carrots, fresh spinach, asagio cheese & proscuitto then roll it and freeze it so you can bake it. We send it with veal gravy and mashed potatoes. So yum. Serves 4-6 generously
