This recipe is from a BBQ joint in Tennessee.  Fresh spinach sauteed with onion and garlic and layered with jack, cheddar and cream cheese,  Ready to pop in the oven and bake.  Serve bubbily hot.  This goes really with the pull apart rolls slightly toasted (not included).
