My mother in law has been making this 'Impossible' dessert for special occsions for over 30 years... but recently it has become a 'thing'. I will tell you, we use her 30 year old recipe because it is better than any of the new ones out today! It is a laye rof extra moise chocolate cake topped with a layer of extra custardy flan... and surrounded by a light caramel created during baking.
