We marinate the flank steak then stuff it, roll it and tie it then bake it to rare. We send the full log ready for you to cut to the thickness you desire then heat and serve. Filled with sundried tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic and provolone with a sprinkle of garlic bread crumb.
Flank Steak Pinwheels
Using a serrated knife, cut the piece we send into slices. Heat the broiler and place the oven rack 2 rungs way from the heat. Put rolls on an oven proof tray and broil 4 min, turnover and broil 4 min more. At this point they willbe heated through and medium rare.. heat longer if desired.
