Such a fun party appetizer!  Loaded mashed potato balls (bacon, cheddar and chives) given the arancini treatment and flash fried with panko. So yum.  Heat in the oven for crispy goodness on the outside and gooey goodness on the inside.  With ranch dipping sauce.
