One pound of Rafetto's crazy good fresh rigatoni.  Keep this in the freezer and it will last months... I always have a bag of it in my freezer and often pair it with pesto, butter and fresh cherry tomatoes for an emergancy meal!  Boil from frozen for just 5-6 min... perfection!
