Quantity:  6 heads of garlic

This is on our 'favorite things' list!  We roast garlic with a little olive oil and salt and pepper until it caramelizes and becomes sweet and spreadable.  Add your favorite butter & baguette and yummmm!  OR, squeeze the garlic from the heads and use in sauces, mix into mashed potatoes, spread on roasted chicken...addicting.
