We use a combination of Bosc & Anjou pears here which make a delicious foil for Italian sausage in this sweet-and-savory stuffing. Full of fresh herbs this stuffing is a new favorite.

 

 

 

Rustic Sausage & Pear Stuffing

  • Sourdough, onion, celery, fennel, pears, sage, Italian sausage, chicken stock, salt, pepper.

  • Preheat oven to 350.  Put stuffing in an oven proof dish.  Cover with foil and bake for 20 min.  After 20 min remove foil and continue baking 5-10 min until a little crispy on top.  Enjoy!!
