LIMITED TIME, LIMITED QUANTITY... We will be delivering this dish  with Parma Proscuitto from Teitel Brothers.  This amazing Proscuitto is VERY different from grocery store proscuitto.. it is drier and less greasy but melt in your mouth good. 
 
We have this at home at least once a month and it is devoured.  Prosciutto, spinach,  and fresh lemon & black pepper dressing.  Toss the spinach with the dressing and serve with the proscuitto.  This is even better eaten with heated ciabatta or baguette. This will soon be a new favorite!
