This is here by request!  We slow roast our vodka sauce for 2 hours before blending it into a silky goodess with a touch of heavy cream... this is goo on just about everything but my favorite is with some Rafetto's fresh rigatoni, a sprinkle of parmesan and somehot chili flakes!  Yum!
